This section covers the modifications that I
applied to G-RINN, to get it to the specification that I wanted.
The accompanying documentation was prepared and submitted to the BMAA, and the correspondence is also included. The aim of this section is to try and encourage others to formally apply for changes and "legalise" those little add-ons that most pilots seem to fly with! It seems a lot of documentation is included here, but bear in mind that it is for 5 different modifications that I lumped all together in one request! These modifications are: 1. EIS, digital instrumentation which although was present on its initial permit I wanted to get it formally covered. 2. Radio and Intercom 3. Strobes 4. GPS 5. Fuel Flow Sensor wired to EIS |
